Warranty and Return Conditions

Warranty Conditions All products are offered for sale under the Amor Pırlanta guarantee, along with their certificates.

All our products come with a 12-month maintenance warranty. To ensure the continuation of the warranty for products purchased from Amor Pırlanta, third parties and institutions outside of Amor Pırlanta must not interfere with the products in any way, including resizing, maintenance, repairs, etc. Products that are altered or tampered with are excluded from the warranty coverage.

Products purchased from Amorpirlanta.com are manufactured by our expert staff and, after passing through the quality control process, are packaged to be sent to our valued customers.

Please check the products you ordered upon delivery. If you think the products are missing or damaged, do not accept the package by having the cargo officer prepare a report. Inform us using the contact form. By accepting the product, you acknowledge that the cargo company has fulfilled its duties properly.

Return – Exchange Information You can return products purchased from the Online Store within 14 days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund. Engraving inside the ring does not prevent a return (except for wedding rings engraved inside the ring).

To exercise this right, the withdrawal decision must be notified to Amorpirlanta.com within this 14-day period.

If you carry out the return process without obtaining approval from Amorpirlanta.com, your return will not be accepted, and your shipment will not be received.

The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for goods that are produced or modified according to the consumer’s very specific wishes and demands, or made personalized.

The orders you wish to return must be sent to the address we will notify you, in the condition they were sent to you, including the product, invoice, delivery note, certificate, insurance forms, and any gift items if applicable. VAT and other legal liabilities, if any, will not be refunded for products without the original invoice.

After the return is received, the product price will be refunded to the credit card used for the order if paid by credit card, or to the bank account if paid by wire transfer/EFT.

Products purchased from Amor Pırlanta that are not defective within the scope of T.K.H.K. No. 6502 can be exchanged within 14 days for customer satisfaction, under the conditions outlined below. Exchanges cannot be made if these conditions are not met.

The product you wish to exchange must be flawless, complete, unused, and in its original box as it was at the time of purchase. If you have opened the box, the product, accessories, and box must be returned without damage, fault, or missing parts, and the product must be unused for the exchange process to begin.

If applicable, all gift items given with the product must also be delivered flawlessly and completely.

Exchanges cannot be made without the original sales invoice.

If the above conditions are met, your exchange process will be concluded within a reasonable time.

Return Process Our return process requires that the return and exchange conditions are met and the product is received by us. It must be examined by our expert staff to determine if a return/exchange is appropriate.

If approved, we will initiate the return process in the same way as your original purchase (Credit Card – Wire Transfer, etc.).

The general process to see the return transaction in your bank is 3 – 14 business days.
